Tic-Tac-Toe

Tic-Tac-Toe is a complete first-party 2D strategy game for MiniGames. X opens, players alternate claiming one empty square, the first horizontal, vertical, or diagonal three-line wins immediately, and a full no-line board draws. Solo and local play share one immutable engine; three opponent levels, rule-neutral Focus, progression, recovery, and honest score fallback never alter the standard 3×3 rules.
